Hide Hook anchor under Lace

You can see the anchor hook sewn to the bottom of the back opening with the lace pick-up point hooked onto it. A lace floret that was at the bottom of this opening was pulled to the side so the hook could be sewn under it. Also a metal stay is sewn on the underside of the lace Pick-up point to support the delicate lace.
